LAHORE: Col Prof Dr. Iffat Batool Syed has achieved a significant milestone by becoming the first Pakistani member of the Angle Orthodontics Society. Her induction into this prestigious international body recognizes her substantial contributions to the field of orthodontics on a global scale.
Col Iffat was acknowledged by the society as a ‘legend’ and ‘stalwart’ for her unwavering commitment to education and perseverance. Recently, she presented a pioneering research paper in Quebec City, Canada, which garnered acclaim and a standing ovation from leading orthodontists worldwide.
Established in 1922 by alumni of the renowned Angle School, the Angle Orthodontics Society stands as the world’s premier independent orthodontic institution. It comprises an exclusive community of global orthodontic leaders, selected through invitation only.
