The Delta Dental Community Care Foundation, the charitable branch of Delta Dental of California and its affiliates, has awarded a $30,000 grant to Care Resource. This funding, provided through the Access to Care Grants Program, aims to increase access to high-quality, affordable oral health care in the 15 states where Delta Dental operates.
Since 2011, the Community Care Foundation has contributed over $150 million to local partners. These grants are designed to improve oral health care access, address health disparities, and promote community development.
Ausline Perry, Director of Dental Care Services, commented, “This grant will enable Care Resource’s Dental Services Department to enhance oral health services with advanced equipment. The funding is essential for ensuring high-quality patient care, safety, and operational efficiency, especially at our Broward health center, where patient demand is growing.”
Manuel Casas, DMD, Dental Clinical Director, added, “This grant allows Care Resource to continue offering crucial services to the most vulnerable in our communities, making a positive impact on many lives.”
