Dr. Abhimanyu Rohmetra, an Associate Professor in the Department of Orthodontics at the Institute of Dental Sciences in Sehora and an executive member of the Indian Dental Association (IDA) Jammu, led a scientific session at the 58th Indian Orthodontic Conference held in Bangalore.
During this session, Dr. Rohmetra discussed significant advancements in orthodontics and addressed challenges faced by the orthodontic community. The conference attracted prominent orthodontists from both India and international locations.
In addition to chairing the session, Dr. Rohmetra presented a research paper and participated in the “Smile Bharat Marathon” event in Bangalore. He is also recognized as the founder convenor of the Jammu Orthodontic Study Group.
Notably, Dr. Rohmetra and his colleagues have received a patent for a “3-D device for impacted canine assessment,” showcasing their contributions to innovative orthodontic practices.
