Additionally, through SKYGEN’s contact center, members will gain immediate access to vital information, including claims and benefits plans. The Member Web Portal will further empower users with real-time updates on their benefits and out-of-pocket expenses, improving both member and provider experiences.

“We are thrilled to collaborate with Pacific Life as they venture into the dental benefits space with a commitment to setting new standards in digital innovation,” said Steve Berryman, CEO of SKYGEN. “Our technology is designed to enhance efficiency and connectivity in healthcare, and we look forward to delivering these solutions to Pacific Life’s extensive customer network.”

Pacific Life is also implementing SKYGEN’s Dental Hub, which provides digital self-service solutions that reduce administrative burdens for providers. The Dental Hub allows providers to connect with multiple payers in one platform, simplifying tasks like verifying member eligibility, updating directory information, and submitting claims without cost. This technology saves dental offices time and lowers operational costs, allowing staff to concentrate more on patient care.

Dental insurance is a key employee benefit for us, and we are witnessing significant growth as our broker network embraces our digital solutions,” said Robert Mulligan, Vice President of Workforce Product and Underwriting at Pacific Life. “This partnership with SKYGEN aligns with our vision for the future and our commitment to exceptional customer service, ensuring fast and accurate claims processing.”

This partnership represents a significant step forward in enhancing the dental benefits experience for all stakeholders involved, reflecting both companies’ dedication to innovation and customer satisfaction.
