1st MINISH Academy for Japanese Dentists to Take Place in Korea

by Mary

TOKYO and SEOUL, South Korea, Nov. 18, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — MINISH Technology Inc. announced today that it will host the inaugural “Special Course for Japanese Dentists” at MINISH Dental Hospital in Gangnam, Seoul, from November 28 to 30. This event will introduce participants to the philosophy and principles of MINISH, a cutting-edge treatment aimed at correcting misaligned or irregular teeth.

This marks the first training program specifically designed for Japanese dentists, with 20 participants expected from Tokyo and surrounding areas. The course will present MINISH as an alternative to traditional clear aligner orthodontics. Unlike clear aligners, which primarily focus on straightening teeth, MINISH offers solutions for a broader range of dental issues. It restores teeth by filling gaps with restorative materials for recessed teeth and refines protruding teeth without the need for excessive tooth reduction.

While clear aligners can effectively straighten teeth, they often cannot address other concerns such as microdontia (small teeth), discoloration, or irregular shapes—issues that MINISH can resolve in just one day. Additionally, MINISH helps prevent side effects commonly associated with orthodontic treatments, such as cavities resulting from enamel reduction or poor oral hygiene.

A representative from MINISH Technology Inc. stated that the MINISH treatment has been well-established over 16 years, with more than 150,000 successful cases. The company hopes this program will create new opportunities for expanding MINISH into the Japanese market.
